City National sought to enhance engagement on their owned social media channels, recognizing that their existing corporate branding under the Next Level umbrella lacked resonance. In response, we formulated a distinct social brand style tailored specifically for their owned social platforms. Setting the objective of "Thumb-stopping" was prioritized from the outset to steer creative endeavors and inform strategic decisions. The outcome of this initiative has far exceeded expectations, yielding significant increases in engagement and audience interaction. Lesson: Social is a playground. Take risks. Be creative.
