During my tenure as Creative Director overseeing the Agency of Record (AOR) account for nearly three years, I assumed responsibility for orchestrating omni-channel marketing strategies and supervising creative endeavors spanning across City National Bank's diverse portfolio. Leading a distributed team comprising skilled professionals from various disciplines, we executed an extensive array of projects, including paid media campaigns, paid social media initiatives, owned media content, print collateral, corporate communications materials, television commercials, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, digital out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns, search engine marketing efforts, event activations, building wraps, corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports, and more. Throughout our collaboration, our work consistently reflected a commitment to excellence, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. I fostered an environment where the talents and contributions of each team member were valued and recognized, resulting in a cohesive and motivated workforce.
