Led the reimagining and redesign of Nissan & Infiniti’s lead generation tools.

When Nissan USA and Infiniti USA transitioned to a new global Content Management System (CMS), they made a calculated decision to adopt an untested lead generation tool, which had previously undergone trials in smaller markets. Following the rollout of the new CMS, both Nissan USA and Infiniti USA found themselves in a race to address the challenges posed by the newly implemented tools. Twelve months later, we introduced a completely revamped Build & Price tool, meticulously redesigned from the ground up. This comprehensive overhaul included the integration of new features such as payment selection, offers, live inventory updates, and proximity-based dealer information. Additionally, we implemented an innovative model/trim filtering page that provided users with the ability to refine their search criteria organically. For instance, users could effortlessly specify preferences such as a panoramic sunroof within a budget of under $30,000. Lesson: Trust data & analytics.
